Bridge of Allan

This existing extension required a flat roof replacement of the torch on felt that had seen it’s day. This is involved a full strip of the roof back to the rafters, the installation of new OSB Boards (OSB Boards create the deck to adhere materials to) and finally the installation of Icopal Single Ply Monarplan PVC Membrane, trims and also re roughcasting to the area where we fitted the new lead apron to where the extension meets the existing building. A great little job for a lovely couple with whom Mark had a few great chats with and also came home with some runner beans from their garden which were delicious. Please don’t take our word for it, read what Mr & Mrs Rocks thought of the service and result for yourself.
