This garage and extension re roof was a pleasure to complete for another lovely couple whom have previously used our slating services and returned to ourselves when this next issue arose. The existing flat roof was covered with abitumen felt that had exceeded its lifespan. Providing a specification for a new single ply roof we carried out the necessary work which included replacing two old skylight windows and ensuring that the correct detailing was applied to the three penetrations coming through the roof (2 extraction fans and a boiler flue). It is vital that any break in a flat roof for extractions and the like are fitted to current standards as these areas are at high risks of leaks if done incorrectly. It was not only us who where delighted with the finished result as Mr & Mrs Cramb’s feedback speaks for itself, we are a company to trust.
