Cottage

This traditional cottage received a full roof makeover whilst maintaining character and complying with the local authority’s conservation policy. The property’s existing roof was stripped which uncovered sarking repairs which were required. The roof was then retiled using a Redland Cathedral Clay Pan Tile in Terracotta colour. From the photos you will notice the eaves courses are slated with Samaca Slates and where the first tile meets the slates lime mortar is used to close the profile gap. A stunning project completed.
