Roof tiles became more popular as slate production slowed, there are many on the market today ranging from Traditional Clay Pantiles and plain Tiles to Concrete Interlocking Tiles. All are available in various colours, styles, profiles and finishes but which should you choose?
We work with the leading tile providers such as Redland (we are Redland Select Approved Installers), Marley, Russell and Sandtoft so can provide expert tile roofers advice on what tile will suit your property best.
Fitted to the exact manufacturer specification, with no corners cut, your manufacturer’s warranty will never be compromised by us.
All deck timbers and felt will meet the regulation standards, should they need to be replaced.
The battens and counter battens we fit to your roof will meet the new British Standard 5534, you will be able to identify the supplier, their origin, their grade and size.
Your roof fixings (VITALLY IMPORTANT) again will be fitted to the manufacturers specification and will meet the new British Standards 5534 requirements – mandatory from Feb 2015. This ensures your tiles won’t disappear in the first high wind.
