This property was having problems with the loft condensing and cause dampness and drips. We have seen a lot of this recently and one of the causes can be incorrectly installed loft insulation, in some cases this prevents the roof space from breathing and stops the air flow leading to condensation.
On this property we recommended installing roof vents to improve the airflow and problem is thankfully now resolved.
